I had time to kill and I kept asking to be connected with someone who could help me or give me more information, he just kept telling me the only way to cancel the subscription was over the phone. I asked if I could get a refund since I hadn't used the service and their website didn't make it clear I hadn't cancelled. I was told I cancelled my digital delivery(email) but *not* my subscription. Once I was connected to a person, I informed them that i was under the impression that I had cancelled my subscription. I called the toll-free number and was informed it was a 'longer than usual call volume" but I chose to wait.and wait. One day my wife sent me a list of subscriptions, making sure they were all still current and there I saw the State Journal, continuing to bill me.
