Once I was connected to a person, I informed them that i was under the impression that I had cancelled my subscription. I called the toll-free number and was informed it was a 'longer than usual call volume" but I chose to wait.and wait. One day my wife sent me a list of subscriptions, making sure they were all still current and there I saw the State Journal, continuing to bill me.
